FEATURES:
- Increases commodity loading flexibility compared to cable or webbing only winches.
- Reduces part and labor costs by replacing only the mandrel and gear. Existing winch components can be reused and do not need to removed from car for assembly.
- Mandrel can be cut to required length to be used on existing winches with an overall dimension of 6-7/8″ to 8-1/4″.
- Will accept 3/8″diameter cable and 4″ wide webbing.
- Mandrel has a standard capstan and 13/16″ square end drive for more rapid ratcheting.
- Will convert any winch with 3/8″ thick minimum walls to a 21,000 lb. breaking strength winch as required by AAR Open Top Loading Rules.
