LOW PROFILE FORGED CONTAINER GUIDE

FEATURES:
- Design was necessitated by the introduction of new containers with increased interior heights, less bottom clearance and longer length per AAR M-930 and S-2053.
- Applied to floor of double stack container cars. Used by the loading facility operator to guide the container corner casting onto the cone.
- Developed to replace the existing 2-15/16 high design with this 2-7/16 low profile design.
DESCRIPTION:
- Drop Forged from C-1030 steel.
- Replaces IRECO PART #30455.
