Chief Executive Officer
Bill O?Connor is the CEO of Railway Supply Group and has been with the company for over 25 years and has nearly 40 years of experience in the transportation industry. Bill remains actively involved with all of Railway Supply Group?s family of companies.
Marc Trani
President
Named President of IRECO in 2013, Marc Trani has over 20 years of experience in the rail transportation sector. Prior to joining Railway Supply Group, Marc has held multiple roles throughout his career with engineered product manufacturing firms and large scale service providers. His rail supply industry background includes varied roles in manufacturing, quality, project management, sales, and administration. Marc received his Bachelor?s degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Robert M. Holden
Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer
Bob Holden is the Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer of Railway Supply Group and has been with the company since 1974. In his 40 years he has facilitated the shift from manual book keeping to modern financial accounting. Bob?s responsibilities span beyond finance as he is actively involved in the day to day operations of the company.
Iris Conde
General Manager
Iris Conde is the General Manager for IRECO. She has over 30 years of industry experience and was involved in sales and customer service for a metal slitting service center prior to joining IRECO. As GM, Iris coordinates customer service, order processing, and fulfillment.
John White
Regional Sales Manager
John White is a Regional Sales Manager for the Western U.S. He has 30 plus years of rail transportation experience with a majority of that time working with two major industry component suppliers. He also spent time on the railcar leasing side of the industry before joining Railway Supply Group. He has a track record of progressive experience with engineered products and looking for ways to drive innovation to meet customer needs. John is a customer focused manager who is committed to bringing value to customer operations. John attended St. Joseph?s College in Indiana.
Philip Hopkins
Regional Sales Manager
Philip Hopkins is the Regional Sales Manager for the Southern U.S. He has nearly 30 years of railroad manufacturing, quality, and sales experience. Prior to joining Railway Supply Group in 2013, Philip spent 27 years with one of the industry?s leading railcar manufacturers. Starting on the assembly line he worked his way up through quality assurance and into management. With his background in quality and manufacturing, he is driven to increasing value by applying his product knowledge and expertise.
Jace Frechette
Regional Sales Manager
Jace Frechette is the Regional Sales Manager for the East and Midwest U.S. Jace has worked in the railroad industry since he graduated with a business degree in Marketing -Sales from Illinois State University. In a number of situations, Jace has been able to introduce new products to customers that ultimately created value for their businesses.
Nick Baumgartner
Customer Service Supervisor
Nick Baumgartner is a Customer Service Supervisor for IRECO. He has been in customer service for over 10 years and is responsible for customer service and order processing.
Rebecca Coomer
Advertising and Marketing Coordinator
Rebecca Coomer is the Advertising and Marketing Coordinator for Railway Supply Group. Rebecca has been in the marketing industry for over 5 years. She is an alumnus of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing and specializing in Integrated Marketing Communications.
Barry T. Glass
Manager of Engineering
Barry T. Glass is the Manager of Engineering and Purchasing. He has over 42 years of experience in the industry including being a carman welder, service engineering, and purchasing. Barry studied Accounting and Drafting at Northern Kentucky University.
Brian Maki
Engineering Manager/ Manager of Quality Assurance
Brian Maki is the Engineering Manager and Manager of Quality Assurance for IRECO. Brian has developed several new products and continues to positively impact the railcar industry with his forward thinking concepts. Before coming to IRECO, Brian was involved with engineering in several different industries including tool and die, aluminum casting, stamping, and fabrication. Brian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Michael McCammon
Vice President of Finance
Michael McCammon is the Vice President of Finance for Railway Supply Group. Mike is a CPA who earned his accounting degree at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He has over 17 years of experience in accounting at privately held companies.
